Killington Sailing Association

The Killington Sailing Association is constituted as an "association of members" and would welcome "sailors" from New Hutton. There is an initial joining fee and subsequent annual fees (a fraction of those found on the bigger lakes).

Members can take part in dinghy sailing, canoeing, windsurfing or sailboarding, according to their interests and inclinations. Most participants provide their own equipment, although there are a few club boats that can be hired. One member, a qualified sailing instructor, could be prepared to offer some training for beginners.

Most individuals sail independently, but occasional "race days" are also organised.

For further information contact Geoff Pardoe, Chairman (telephone 01539 723766) or Myles Ripley, Secretary (telephone 01539 620324).
